  • Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed the next business day (excluding holidays) and include free ground shipping. Ground shipping is 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge of $15.00 for 2nd Day service, and $25.00 for Next Day service. 

    International: Not in the U.S.?

    Cres Store ships to the United States. If you are outside the United States, contact us to find a local distributor to get the items you need.

    Sales Tax: Sales tax is not charged on orders. All customers are responsible for paying sales tax to their state. 

    Parts Warranty: Replacement parts come with a one year warranty from date of purchase. 

    Return Policy: Purchases may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact us to make arrangements for your return.

    The item being returned must be in the original packaging and in like-new, resell condition. A copy of the packing invoice must be included with return and an explanation of reason for return/exchange. Please contacct us 1-877-CRESCOR (273-7267) for a Return Authorization number.

    All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

    Payment Information: Visa and Master Card are accepted at Cres Store online. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact us.

     How do I check on my order? Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the shipping information and tracking number. If you need to inquire about your order, please contact us.

     What if my equipment is under warranty? If your Cres Cor equipment is under warranty, you will need to contact an Authorized Service Agency to obtain parts and/or labor warranty. Any parts purchased at Cres Store cannot be claimed under warranty.

    Cancellation of Orders: Orders are processed the next business day (excluding holidays). If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible at 1-877-CRESCOR (273-7267).
